Today we held our After Action Meeting for the 48 Hour Film Project film we shot this past weekend. What is an After Action Meeting you ask?? Well, my friend, let me explain. It is a meeting where we go over what was good, what was bad, and what we can do to better ourselves for next time. It was something I picked up from the military that I've brought over into my film life and has helped us on so many levels! We always invite new people we've never worked with before but always invite them to sit in to help themselves grow with us.
This weekend was a tough one, but we learned quite a bit and have a much better understanding in creating a plan of action to move forward. Thank you to everyone that contributed to our team! You shall graciously remain in our hearts, minds, and future productions!
